DineWithVisa is exclusively available to Visa Infinite cardholders in India. Personal information such as name, contact details, and booking preferences are collected to process reservation requests and enhance our services.

Data Usage

Collected data is primarily used to communicate with the user and participating restaurants regarding reservation requests. Data may be shared with restaurants solely for booking purposes.

Data Security

We prioritise data protection through industry-standard measures. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute data security.

User Rights

Users may request access to or deletion of their personal data. For such requests or other privacy concerns, please get in touch with our support team.

Eligibility

DineWithVisa services are exclusively available to Visa Infinite cardholders in India. Bookings made by other cardholders or by users outside India will not be processed.

Booking Requests and Confirmations

DineWithVisa platform only facilitates reservation requests. A confirmation message will be sent upon acceptance by the participating restaurant. DineWithVisa does not guarantee that all booking requests will be accepted.

Non-Transactional Platform

DineWithVisa is a reservation-only platform. All payments for dining services are to be made directly to the restaurant. The platform does not accept, process, or manage any financial transactions related to bookings or dining services.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are set by the participating restaurants, and final charges are to be paid at the restaurant location. DineWithVisa is not involved in the pricing or billing processes.

Conduct and Compliance

Users must provide accurate details during booking and adhere to all restaurant policies, including dress codes, timing, and behavioural expectations.

Platform and Restaurant Limitations

The DineWithVisa platform, Visa, and associated companies do not assume responsibility for issues or disputes arising from the restaurant’s service, environment, or other operational factors.

Limitation of Liability

Visa and DineWithVisa shall not be held liable for any actions, omissions, quality of service, or other operations conducted by participating restaurants. The restaurant is solely responsible for its services and any claims arising therefrom.

Policy Changes

DineWithVisa reserves the right to amend these policies as needed. Users will be informed of significant updates, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated policies.

If a confirmed reservation cannot be honoured, please inform the restaurant directly at the earliest convenience. Cancellation policies may vary by restaurant and are subject to their discretion.
